Question 1

What is MindRivet?

Accepted Answer

MindRivet is an AI technology research company that builds autonomous software engineering platforms and quantum-resilient security systems for enterprises. Its products include LookAI Studio, an autonomous software development lifecycle (SDLC) platform; MindRivet Forge, turnkey AI-accelerated software development; and QRivet, a quantum-resilient security protocol. MindRivet delivers production-ready software up to 80-90% faster and roughly 60% cheaper than traditional development, with full ownership and no SaaS lock-in.

Question 2

What is LookAI Studio?

Accepted Answer

LookAI Studio is MindRivet's fully autonomous SDLC platform for technical debt elimination and code modernization. It coordinates 43+ specialized AI agents across requirements engineering, project management, full-stack code generation, QA, CI/CD deployment, and documentation, and works inside existing tools like GitHub, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and Jira with zero workflow disruption. Its Digital Genome maps legacy codebases (COBOL, RPG, AS/400, and modern stacks) before refactoring so institutional knowledge is preserved. LookAI Studio takes projects from requirements to production in 5-30 days, lowers build cost by 60-70%, and automates 100% of documentation.

Question 3

What is MindRivet Forge?

Accepted Answer

MindRivet Forge is turnkey AI-accelerated software development. It delivers finished, enterprise-grade software autonomously - 80-90% faster and roughly 60% cheaper than traditional development - with quantum-resilient security built in. There are no developer teams to manage, no subscriptions, no token limits, and no platform to learn. You pay one price, upfront, and you own the finished product outright.

Question 4

What is QRivet?

Accepted Answer

QRivet is a post-quantum security gateway from MindRivet. Data encrypted in transit today can be recorded now and decrypted once quantum computers mature; QRivet closes that gap without touching your servers. Deployment is a DNS change: traffic routes through up to 31 defense layers organized into three blocks (Autopoietic Homeostasis, Quantum Neural Defense Fabric and the Inverse-Shor Core), clean requests reach your service, and threats are blocked deterministically. QRivet implements the NIST post-quantum standards ML-KEM-1024 (FIPS 203), ML-DSA-87 (FIPS 204) and SLH-DSA-256f (FIPS 205) alongside AES-256-GCM and SHA-3, rotates keys automatically every 60 seconds, and targets 99.999% availability. It requires zero endpoint agents and no code on customer servers.

Question 5

How much faster and cheaper is MindRivet than traditional software development?

Accepted Answer

MindRivet delivers software 80-90% faster and roughly 60% cheaper than traditional development teams. LookAI Studio moves projects from requirements to production in 5-30 days and lowers build cost by 60-70%, while automating 100% of documentation. These gains come from autonomous SDLC automation across the entire lifecycle rather than incremental AI assistance.

Question 6

Do I own the software MindRivet builds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MindRivet delivers total ownership. Unlike SaaS platforms, you own the finished software outright - no annual renewals, no per-employee-per-month pricing, no vendor lock-in, and no feature bloat. You pay the total cost of ownership upfront, one price, turnkey.

Question 7

How does MindRivet compare to SaaS platforms like Workday or Salesforce?

Accepted Answer

Most enterprises use only 30-40% of a large SaaS platform while paying for the entire suite every year. A 5,000-employee enterprise can pay $2.5M-$4.5M in year one for a SaaS HCM platform and $2.1M-$3.9M in annual licensing. MindRivet builds a custom platform around your actual workflows - delivered 80-90% faster, roughly 60% cheaper, and owned outright - with QRivet security embedded at the core. You stop renting software you do not own and start owning a modern, secure platform built for your business.

Question 8

Does MindRivet work with our existing tools like GitHub, Jira, and Jenkins?

Accepted Answer

Yes. LookAI Studio operates inside existing engineering environments from day one. Engineers keep the tools they know while LookAI generates repository commits, CI/CD configuration, project artifacts (such as Jira epics and user stories), cloud deployment assets, and always-current documentation. The model is plug in, do not rip out.

Question 9

How is the QRivet 31-layer defense architecture organized?

Accepted Answer

QRivet organizes 31 layers into three blocks. Autopoietic Homeostasis (layers 1-10) provides self-healing surface rotation, authentication and consensus. The Quantum Neural Defense Fabric (layers 11-30) handles encryption, campaign detection, key rotation and verification. The Inverse-Shor Core (layer 31) performs cryptographic hardness verification as the final gate. Customers choose a protection tier: SHIELD (10 layers, standard web applications, under 5ms stated latency), FORTRESS (22 layers, most production deployments, under 10ms stated latency) or SOVEREIGN (all 31 layers for defense, finance and critical infrastructure, under 15ms stated latency).

Question 10

How does QRivet support compliance and audit readiness?

Accepted Answer

QRivet exports compliance evidence bundles pre-formatted for SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA BAA and FedRAMP Moderate reviews, giving instant audit readiness. With the NIST post-quantum standards (FIPS 203, 204 and 205) published, enterprise migration is now a compliance obligation, and QRivet turns that migration from an application rewrite into a single DNS change. The SOVEREIGN tier is designed for CMMC, FedRAMP High and classified workloads where mathematical certainty is non-negotiable.

Question 11

What industries does MindRivet serve?

Accepted Answer

MindRivet serves regulated, sovereign, and IP-sensitive industries including healthcare and life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, government and defense, and legal. QRivet is engineered specifically for these mission-critical environments where data compromise is not an acceptable risk.

Question 12

Can MindRivet modernize a legacy system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. LookAI Studio maps legacy systems before refactoring so domain logic and institutional knowledge are preserved. In one example, LookAI Studio analyzed 1.2M lines of legacy code, 14 modules, 22 years of business rules, and 400+ compliance workflows for a medical-supply manufacturer, and delivered a fully modernized, quantum-resilient codebase in weeks rather than the 18-24 months and $1.08M-$1.34M per year a traditional six-developer team was quoted.

Question 13

How does QRivet compare to CrowdStrike, Wiz, or VPN/TLS?

Accepted Answer

QRivet complements these tools rather than replacing them. Endpoint platforms such as CrowdStrike protect devices with a kernel-level agent but provide no transit crypto and no quantum defense. Cloud posture tools such as Wiz and Orca are agentless but cover configuration, not traffic in motion. VPN and classical TLS provide classical encryption only, which is vulnerable to harvest-now-decrypt-later attacks today. QRivet applies post-quantum cryptography to every request in transit through 6 dedicated FIPS-compliant layers, uses deterministic mathematical campaign detection instead of probabilistic AI classifiers, deploys as a user-space gateway with a DNS change only, and rotates keys automatically every 60 seconds.

Question 14

How long does a MindRivet engagement take?

Accepted Answer

LookAI Studio delivers projects from requirements to production in 5-30 days. Traditional modernization programs take 18-36 months; LookAI Studio delivers them in weeks. Timelines depend on scope, but MindRivet consistently compresses enterprise development from months or quarters into days or weeks.

Question 15

Does MindRivet use token-based or subscription pricing?

Accepted Answer

No. MindRivet rejects the SaaS treadmill and token metering. The model is total cost of ownership, upfront - one price, turnkey, and you own the result. There are no annual renewals, no per-employee-per-month pricing, no token burn, and no surprise bills.
